What to send before we hold a date

A short note to info@fedstar.online is enough to start. We answer with a crew plan and a written estimate.

Hospitality, quiet room
  1. What the pictures are for

Where they will run, and whether you need stills, a film, or both. Alley overcast first. We recce Getreidegasse at the hour the stone actually reads, then stills and a short film share that white, print, site, and a thirty-second cut from the same afternoon, not a sunset stacked later.

  2. Place and dates

The room or the street, and the days you can hold. We leave from Getreidegasse 16 in Salzburg.

  3. References

Three to six frames you like, and one you do not. Say what you like about them, in a sentence.

  4. Usage

The media, the territories and how long the pictures need to stay live. That sets the estimate more than the kit does.

What you get back

A crew plan and a written estimate
We read the brief, ask what the pictures are for and where they will run, and visit the place if we have not shot there before.
A call sheet and a shot list
Shot list, call sheet, crew and kit go into one document. Must-have frames come first, extras come with a time next to them.
A contact sheet the same evening
Stills are reviewed tethered on set, film is checked on a calibrated monitor, and nobody leaves until the key frames are agreed.
Masters, versions and an archive
Finishing happens here, not with a stranger. Files are named for the media plan and delivered with a readme someone else can follow.
